MANDALA FROM ESSEX 1/25LB
A semi-cooked, pressed, raw cows milk cheese from a farmstead producer in Brazil. Aged for 10 months on pine shelves and washed with morge weekly for rind development. Tastes of tropical notes, pineapple, cocoa, almonds and cashews. Reminiscent of sweet cream.
